Not only is sage a soothing, earthy hue but it also pairs well with many different home decor styles.Whether you gravitate towards farmhouse chic or coastal contemporary, this “new neutral” has a place in your home.
The 2018 version of sage green is an update on the olive and seafoam green trends of the past. To achieve this look, you’ll want to choose a muted green that’s infused with blue and gray tones.

Sage is a favorite neutral of Joanna Gaines, so it’s no surprise she used it in the “A Lot of Options House” on a recent episode of Fixer Upper. To complete this home’s exterior, Joanna added lovely sage green shutters which perfectly coordinate with the cream stucco, wood accents and window boxes. We’ve also seen Joanna use the color sage in The Chip 2.0 House and The Graham House just to name a few.

Tile Backsplash
Adding a sage colored tile backsplash is the perfect way to add some personality to a white kitchen without straying from neutral tones. Sage is such a soothing color. I used it as an accent wall color in my living room, and it looks so spa-like. It coordinates beautifully with the brick on the fireplace. Just when I was fearing that my dear-to-my-heart-for-ten-years sage walls might be nearing their expiration date, suddenly they’re Pinterest’s new darling! With any luck, the entire gray trend might go by without me. (I love all the great new grays, but I dread repainting my tall walls!)

Sage is quite a cool, earthy and relaxing color. there’s something homely and calming about about. I like it for Kitchen cabinet, Wall Paper and Wall color, but not all at same time. A little bit of here and there.
