Friday Favorites: Faux Barn Doors and a Painted Backplash
Favorite Budget Planter: Repurpose and Upcycle found this cutie at Target and created a fun farmhouse style planter that I want on my dining room table!
Favorite Pumpkin Inspired Project: I am so ready for pumpkin season! I love all the real and pumpkin inspired projects. My new favorite is this glass jar project by Sadie Seasongoods.
Favorite Gallery Wall with a Twist: Dazzle while Frazzled was so smart! She used an old banister as a backdrop for her gallery wall and I’m in love!
Favorite Office Chair Makeover: This office chair used to be a little blah. Not anymore! Abbotts at Home added paint, and recovered the chair to create this beauty! I could get some work done in this chair.
Favorite Ombre Project: Dream in Color combined ombre and driftwood for a fabulous effect. This project would be cute in a heart shape, a triangle or even a square.
Favorite Pottery Barn Inspired Lamp: I love the look of so many things at Pottery Barn, but I normally don’t want to pay their prices. Luckily, Our Crafty Mom created this adorable Pottery Barn inspired lamp. We have a matching chandelier you can make too.
Favorite Way to Update a Backsplash: The Wood Spa really wanted an updated look for her backsplash. Instead of removing the tile and starting over she painted instead. A smart and easy way to refresh.

Favorite Faux Look: Barn doors are great functional, but they look pretty good as a faux look to provide a focal point!

Favorite Colorful and Oversized Gallery Wall: I guess I’m loving gallery walls today. There are so many different ways to pull them off. This look is a little more bold with plenty of color and large prints!
I'm Emily and I share my ideas to celebrate and create over at The Benson Street.
Thank you for featuring my Staircase Banister Gallery Wall. Much appreciated!
