Although our home doesn’t have a rustic style, I love it so much! So we decided to share more amazing wood + metal shelf combinations.
This gorgeous wood + metal shelf was actually built with PVC Pipe! It’s a must-use solution when you want the look and the style, but not the price!

This Rustic Wood and Metal DIY Wall Cubby Shelf is another beautiful rustic creation by Sawdust 2 Stiches. We love their style as well as their creations! They saw a shelf in the store, loved it, but knew that they could make it for less! This cubby shelf would look amazing in just about any room of the house!

Recently on Facebook, we shared a bathroom makeover down by Karri. What an amazing makeover! I love the white cabinets! It definitely gives the bathroom a clean, fresh look! “Cabinets were sanded, primed, and painted with Sherwin Williams Simply White, hardware is Martha Stewardship art Living in Polished Nickel. Mercer light fixture and towel rack from Pottery Barn. Walls are Behr Premium Plus Ultra (Satin) in Midnight Show and added wainscoting on one wall. We made a rustic wood shelf and towel rack using the leftover barnwood from an earlier project. Custom sign from @thecreatedsign and Moonlight artwork from a local artist. Added a super soft rug from Bed Bath & Beyond, and beadboard wall plates. We plan to frame the mirror in barnwood soon. Had to take a picture now because I’m not sure it will ever be this neat again.”

That’s a great idea, To attach the top shelf, place the wood on top of the metal shelf and straighten it. Use clamps to secure it. Open the shelf, turn it upside down and place it on a strong work surface. Use a drill to drill at least four holes in the metal and secure the wood to the metal with screws (make sure your screws are not too long).
